We attempt to ship out all orders within 5 business days of purchase, After package has shipped we recommend communicating with package carrier for updates, or if package is late/missing.

Refunds will be issued if:

• An incorrect item was shipped
• Item arrived is defective (provide proof with unopened package)
• Inventory was out of stock

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

• Vinyl sticker/product ordered did not fit to liking
• Vinyl sticker was installed incorrectly

Vinyl stickers are to be stored dry, flat, @ room temperature until installation to prevent air bubbles. We recommend professional installation to prevent peeling. We only use industrial high quality vinyl. Peeling is a result of incorrect installation temp/technique.
